Data collected

This site only collects data when you fill in a contact or appointment form:

  • your name;
  • your email address;
  • your phone number, if you choose to provide it;
  • the subject of your enquiry;
  • your message and, where applicable, the photos or documents you choose to attach.

The host may also keep technical connection logs (IP address, timestamp) for security purposes.

Health data

A photo of your scalp or the description of a hair condition may constitute health data. You are never required to send it through this site: if you do, it is used only to prepare your consultation, is neither published nor shared, and is deleted once your request has been handled. Messages travel by email; for the most personal information, we recommend discussing it during your appointment.

Purpose and legal basis

This information is used only to respond to your enquiry or appointment request. It is based on your consent and on the legitimate interest in handling your request. It is neither sold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted.

Cookies and third-party services

This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no audience-measurement tool. Two external services are nevertheless involved:

  • the DM Sans typeface is loaded from Google Fonts servers, which receive your IP address when it loads;
  • Dr Florence Nanga’s introduction video is served by the Facebook player and only loads if you click to play it; Facebook (Meta) then applies its own privacy rules.

Links to LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube or media websites transmit no data until you click them.

Your rights

In accordance with Ivorian Law No. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013 on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@florencenanga.com. The competent supervisory authority is the ARTCI (Telecommunications/ICT Regulation Authority of Côte d’Ivoire).

Security

Reasonable measures are taken to protect your information against unauthorised access.
